| 摘 要： | 天使投资在中国正处于由萌芽向快速发展过渡的时期,但天使投资市场中出现了各种异化行为,如政府主导的创新基金寻租行为;私人投资天使与被投资人间偏执的融资理念导致投融资质变等。通过列举现象、分析原因,提出了完善天使投资机制、改变天使投资人观念、解决信息不对称、通过融资双方的博弈寻找利益均衡点等对策。

| Abstract: | The angel investment in China is in an immature and rapid development stage.But different abnormal behaviors appear in the field of angel investment, such as the lease of government-led innovation fund,financing deterioration resulted from bigoted investing notion between private angel investment party and the financing party.By analyzing some phenomenon,this study proposes some countermeasures for perfecting angel investment mechanism,changing the notion of angel investor,resolving information asymmetry,and seeking the interest balance for investor and financer. |
