| 摘 要： | 青年志愿者组织的发展离不开法律的支持,构建一个系统而完善的法律制度体系对于青年志愿者组织的发展将起到重要的规范和引导作用,该法律制度体系应当主要包括以下内容:青年志愿者组织的主体资格法律制度,青年志愿者组织的结构和运作法律制度以及青年志愿者组织的激励法律制度。

| Abstract: | The development of youth volunteers organizations needs the support of law. The establishment of a systematic and perfect legal system will play an important regulating and guiding role. This legal system should include: the subject qualification legal system, the structure and operation legal system, and the encouragement legal system of youth volunteers organization. |
