| Abstract: | Through extraction and calculation of large amount of data,this paper conducted a statistical analysis to the sex structure,age structure and pension adjustment status of the retirees of Xuanhua Steel from 2006 to 2012,and revealed the change trends of retirees structure and the pension income level in Xuanhua Steel. |
