加强校企合作培养高素质高技能人才的研究——基于苏州地区的调研

本文通过对苏州企业所需人才以及校企合作的考察,分析了苏州地区校企合作的新方向。调查结果表明:校企合作发展品质整体向好,但校企合作的深度与广度仍显不够,服务于战略性新兴产业的专业规模尚小,职业院校的实训教学条件有待改善,并由此提出加强校企合作的新机制和新设想。

Study on Strengthening the Cooperation of School and Enterprise for Training High Quality and High-skilled Talents:Based on the Research in Jiangsu

This paper analyses the new direction of the cooperation of school and enterprise by investigating the talents required through Suzhou enterprises and the preliminary effect of the cooperation of school and enterprise.The survey results show that the development of the cooperation of school and enterprise is good,but its depth,breadth and the professional scale servicing the strategic emerging industries are still meager.At the same time,the training conditions of schools should be improved greatly.Based on these studies,new mechanism and ideas to strengthen the cooperation of school and enterprise are presented.
