专业共建式“订单培养”推动高职院校与企业共融共赢

进入二十一世纪以来,我国的高等职业教育人才培养进行了诸多探索与尝试,其中"订单培养"被认为是比较理想的人才培养模式之一,它比较好的解决了人才培养与市场需求脱节的弊端,并促进学生的稳定就业,但是实施过程中仍然面临许多困难和问题,比如办学机制体制固化、行业功能缺失、培养资源不足等现状亟待解决。针对学校专业设置和市场环境,选择企业开展订单培养,获得运行机制和办学能力的突破,为区域经济的发展和职教事业的进步起到积极的推动作用。

To Realize Prosperity and Profit for Both Sides between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises by Professional Co-building"Order Training"

Since entering in the 21st century,our country's higher vocational education talent training has proceed a lot of explorations and attempts,the "order training" is considered as one of ideal personnel training modes.It solves the gappy disadvantages of talent cultivation with market demand,and promotes the student's stable employment,but it still faces many difficulties and problems in the implementation process,such as the curing of school-running mechanism,loss of industry function,and insufficient training resources.In view of school professional settings and market environment,we select enterprise to proceed order training,get the breakthrough of running mechanism and managerial ability,and play a positive role of the development of regional economy and the progress of vocational career.
