摘    要:汽轮发电机转子绕组发生匝间短路是发电机的常见故障,短路时会造成转子励磁电流增大,发电机轴瓦振动加大,无功出力受限,甚至线圈烧毁,酿成事故。能否正确诊断和预防早期的匝间短路故障,使之消除在萌芽状态,是保证发电机组安全运行的关键。本文介绍了徐州华鑫发电有限公司#1机组A修中通过采用多种试验手段综合分析,正确诊断的实例,可为判断类似发电机转子试验数据提供参考。

Abstract:Inter-turn short circuit in rotor winding is common fault for steam turbine generator.It would increase the rotor exciting current,intensify bearing vibration of generation,limit reactive power,even burn the coil and cause the accident.Correct diagnosis and early prevention of turn to turn short circuit fault and elimination is the key to ensure the safe operation to the generator.This article describes the diagnosis case by using a variety of test methods in the A-level repair of unit 1 in Xuzhou Huaxin Power Generation Plant,providing reference for testing data of similar generator rotor.
