知识管理理念下的大学科研管理创新初探

大学科研管理对教师的科研行为具有导向、规范和激励作用。在知识经济时代背景下,大学的科研管理一方面要提高管理的科学性,从单纯的数据收集、量化考核等常规任务管理向知识计量、科研过程管理、协同创新管理以及人力资源管理转变。大学科研管理要考虑三个不同层面的知识管理,即显性知识管理、隐性知识管理和知识统觉,基于本地日常管理活动,从专业的视角创造性地开展工作,将定量与定性、实与虚的方法,过程与结果评估以及管理与生产、管理与培训、科学价值与社会价值相结合,重视科研的适切性、实效性,增强科研主体的自我效能感。

A Primary Exploration on University Research Management Innovation Based on the Idea of Knowledge Management

University research management has such kind of functions as orientation,regulation and motivation on teacher’s research behavior.In the context of knowledge economy,university research should improve its management from the simple data collection,quantitative assessment and other routine tasks management to knowledge measurement,process management,collaborative innovation management and human resources management.University research management should consider three different levels of knowledge management: explicit knowledge management,implicit knowledge management and knowledge apperception,based on the local daily management activity and work creatively from a professional perspective,to integrate quantitative and qualitative,substantial and virtual methods,process and result evaluation,management and producing,management and training,scientific value and social value.To highlight the appropriateness and effectiveness,and enhance the sense of self-efficacy of the research subjective.
