动物蹄甲微波水解制备复合氨基酸新工艺的研究

摘    要:利用微波方法水解废弃蛋白质制备复合氨基酸,采用正交试验方法,对动物蹄甲微波水解制取复合氨基酸工艺条件进行优选。试验结果表明,采用动物蹄甲微波水解制取复合氨基酸与采用动物蹄甲常规水解相比,缩短水解时间8-14h,降低能耗1倍多,减少硫酸用量1/3,大大降低生产成本,而且产品质量稳定可靠。

Abstract:Animal toenail was used as raw material to prepare composite amino acid.To optimize the process,orthogonal tests were designed and optimum conditions were found for hydrolysis of the material.The results indicateted that Microwave-hydrolyzing process was effective and the hydrolyzing time was shortened;the consumption of energy and sulfuric acid was reduced as well.The cost of oroduction is reduced largely and the quality is stable and reliable.
