Because the sufficient rate of the capital is very important for the state-run commercial banks, then the article probes into such a question, that is, whether it can be a gook channel for supplementing the capital of the state-run commercial banks through listing. The analysis indicates that it is not feasible to supplement the capital through listing at the present stage, finally we put forward the feasible ways of supplementing the capital.
