| 摘 要： | 基于协调管理的建设项目目标管理理论旨在通过对建设项目全面目标体系的构建,使建设项目的所有参与者的责、权、利更加明确。通过全过程、整体的协调管理,使建设项目的所有参与者分工合理,形成最大的合力,有效地避免或减少了参与者的机会主义倾向,并且对其行为形成了激励作用,产生了积极的影响。
