| 摘 要： | 文章以A企业新能源汽车研发项目作为研究对象，将投资决策的整个过程分为多个阶段，通过多阶段实物期权分析方法．利用实物期权下二又树模型进行项目价值的分析。通过二叉树法与净现值法的结合，很好地解决了研发项目中存在的复合期权问题。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the real option approach into the field of R＆D project. By using a case and make the process into multi-stage investment, the real option model to get the project＇s option value is set up. Combining binomial option with NPV, the real value in the investment project is found out. |
