| 摘 要： | 从新形势下石油钻井企业质量管理现状出发，结合企业实际情况，通过对“大质量”意识的建立、深化质量管理体系的运行、与QC小组活动的结合、宣贯ISO9004标准和卓越绩效标准、企业领导作用的发挥、降低企业质量成本提高经营质量、质量管理部门职能的发挥共7个方面的论述，详细探讨了现阶段下石油钻井企业进行全面质量管理知识培训的具体方式。

| Abstract: | According to the status of quality management in petroleum drilling enterprises and the present state of enterprises, seven aspects are explained in detail, which include the construction of ＂fine quality＂ consciousness, the deepening operation of quality management, the combination with the activities of QC groups, the propaganda and implementation of the standard ISO 9004 and the standard of remarkable performance, the play of leaders＂ roles in enterprises, the improvement of business quality by dropping the quality cost of enterprise, and the exertion of quality management units＂ duties. Then the detailed discussion focuses on the specific training way of all-sidid quality management in petroleum drilling enterprises under the present situation. |
