| 摘 要： | 供应商管理库存是一种先进的供应链管理策略它可以增加供应链的收入,降低供应链的总成本,提高客户的服务水平,增强供应链的竞争能力。从分析供应商管理库存的概念入手,提出供应商管理库存的实施步骤,并讨论了实施VMI给供应链上下游企业带来的益处和供应商管理库存应注意的事项等问题。

| Abstract: | VMI is an advanced supply chain management tactic.It can increase the revenue and decrease the total cost of supply chain,and also enhance the service level of customers,strengthen the competitive ability of supply chain.This essay analyze the concept of VMI,submit the implement steps of VMI,and also discuss the benefits that supply chain members obtain,and the problems that must be noticed to the VMI. |
