| 摘 要： | 农产品批发市场已成为商品流通的重要环节，而其选址对农产品批发市场的持续稳定发展具有深远的意义，因此本文将对农产品批发市场选址影响因素进行实证研究。首先将2012年湖南省农业厅对湖南省30个定点农产品批发市场进行实地调查收集的数据进行整理，然后运用因子分析法对数据进行实证分析，最后得出了影响农产品批发市场选址的主要因素，并提出了具有建设性的建议。

| Abstract: | Wholesale markets for agricultural products have become an important link of the circulation of commodities, and their locations have profound meaning for the steady development, so this paper will empirically research the influencing factors of site selection. First it sorts out the data of 30 fixed-point wholesale markets for agricultural products collected by the agricultural department of Hunan province in 2012, and then it uses the factor analysis method to empirically analyze the data, finally it finds out the main factors influencing the site selection of the wholesale market for agricultural products, and puts forward some constructive suggestions. |
