| Abstract: | In the economic environment which competition is increasingly fierce, merger & acquisition has become an important choice of enterprise's development strategy. The objection of this article is that researching the reasons for success and failure of merger & acquisition by analysing the matthew effect in M&A, and giving the merger & acquisition of enterprise some significant suggestion. |
