| 摘 要： | 作为知识经济的后续,循环经济适应时代发展的要求不容质疑,循环经济最重要的三个基本原则是3R原则,即减量化(Reduce)、再利用(Reuse)和资源化(Recyc le)。土地作为不可再生的自然资源,将循环经济的3R原则运用到土地资源管理中,为区域土地可持续利用,循环经济的发展提供了新的指导思想。
