江西水利工程档案管理发展探析—以鄱阳湖区二期防洪工程档案管理为例

圩堤是鄱阳湖区工程防洪体系的重要组成部分，在保护湖区百姓生命财产安全中发挥重大作用，而工程档案对工程建设管理具有十分重要的作用。鄱阳湖区二期防洪工程在历经第四个单项、第五个单项、第六个单项近二十五年的实施过程中，产生了数以万计的工程档案。这些工程档案生动地记录着鄱阳湖区治理的成效，也真实地反映了江西水利工程档案变化和发展。本文重点研究了鄱阳湖区二期防洪工程档案管理发展变化，通过分析当前堤防工程档案存在的不足，提出了提高基层档案管理水平、加强档案信息化建设等具有针对性的解决措施，以及我省水利工程档案发展的对策建议。

Development of archives management of Jiangxi hydraulic engineering—a case study on the archives management of the second-stage flood control project in Poyang lake area

As the main body of the flood control system of the project in Poyang lake area，levee plays a major role in protecting people''s life and property，whose project files are very important during the construction.The second-phase flood control project in Poyang lake district has produced tens of thousands of volumes of project files during the 25 years of implementation of the fourth，the fifth and the sixth individual project.These project archives vividly record the effectiveness of the Poyang lake area management and truly reflect the development of the Jiangxi hydraulic engineering archives.This paper focuses on the development of the archives management of the second-stage flood control project in Poyang lake area.By analyzing the deficiencies of the current archives of dike projects，it puts forward targeted solutions to improve the level of file management at the grass-roots level and strengthen the construction of file informationization.Finally，it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of hydraulic engineering archives in Jiangxi province.
