摘    要:随着研学旅游市场的快速发展,研学旅游产品数量不断增加。论文以参加研学旅游活动的中小学生为研究对象,以世纪明德为案例,探讨广东研学旅游产品的满意度情况。通过参与企业实践、文本分析和问卷调查等方法,发现目前广东研学旅游产品的总体满意度比较高,但仍存在研学课程配套服务不完善、产品线路设计不够合理、旅游服务质量较低等问题,提出了借鉴欧美发达国家经验、创新教育活动形式、提升研学导师队伍水平等建议。

A Study on the Satisfaction of Educational Tourism Products in Guangdong Province--Take the Mind Education Company as an Example

Abstract:With the support of national policy,economic development and the renewal of educational model,the market of research tourism has developed rapidly in recent years,and the number of research tourism products has been increasing.This paper takes the primary and middle school students participating in Guangdong's research tourism activities as the research object and Century Mingde as the case to discuss the satisfaction of Guangdong's research tourism products.Through the research methods of enterprise practice,text analysis and questionnaire survey,it finds out many problems existing in Guangdong research tourism products,such as imperfect supporting services,unreasonable design of itinerary and so on.There is still a great room for improvement of the research tourism products in the research courses and tourism services.Suggestions to improve product satisfaction are put forward for the existing problems,such as learning from the experience of European and American countries,customized services and so on.
