全球价值链双重嵌入下制造业转型升级研究——以苏南地区为例

文章首先分析了苏南地区制造业嵌入全球价值链分工体系的现状,然后利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,基于2000—2017年苏南地区产业性与贸易性嵌入程度,分析苏南地区制造业转型升级对经济产生的影响。研究结果表明,嵌入全球价值链分工下制造业转型升级对经济增长存在正向效应,但同时伴随着结构锁定现象,贸易性嵌入对经济影响呈倒U型,而产业性呈现U型。基于现状研究与所得结论,本文对苏南制造业发展思路与方向提出几点建议。

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry under the Double Embedding of Global Value Chain--Taking Southern Jiangsu Province as an Example

In the process of globalization,manufacturing enterprises in southern Jiangsu province have been embedded into the global value chain division of labor system through industrial channels and trade channels,and the local economy has been profoundly affected.The paper first analyzes the current situation of the embedded value chain division of labor system in southern Jiangsu province,and then uses the Cobb-Douglas production function to analyze the economic impact of manufacturing transformation and upgrading in southern Jiangsu province based on the degree of industrial and trade embedding from 2000 to 2017.The research results show that the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry embedded in global value chain division of labor has a positive effect on economic growth,And at the same time accompanied by the phenomenon of structural blocking effect.The economic impact of trade embedding is inverted U-shaped,while industrial embedding is U-shaped.Based on the current situation research and the conclusions obtained,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development ideas and directions of the manufacturing industry in southern Jiangsu province.
