“双创”背景下大学生创业意愿及其影响因素分析

目前,就业形势严峻,在“大众创新,万众创业”的背景下,自主创业成为大学生实现人生价值的途径之一。大学生创业不仅可以提高大学生的实践能力,更好地发挥大学生的自身价值,而且能扩大社会就业范围,缓解就业压力,促进经济的持续增长。因此,论文以泰州市大学生为主要研究对象,并向泰州市五大高校的大学生发放问卷,收集数据,多维度分析大学生创业意愿与家庭、政策、个人及学校等因素之间的关系,最后根据分析结果,提出建议措施。

Analysis of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Willingness and Its Influencing Factors under the Background of “Double Innovation”

At present,the employment situation is grim.Under the background of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”,self-employment has become one of the ways for college students to realize the value of life.College students'entrepreneurship can not only improve the practical ability of college students,give better play to their own value,but also expand the scope of social employment,ease employment pressure,and promote sustained economic growth.Therefore,by analyzing college students in Taizhou as the main research object,and issuing questionnaires to college students in five universities in Taizhou to collect data,multi-dimensional analysis of the relationship between college students'entrepreneurial willingness and factors such as family,policies,individuals and schools,and finally based on the analysis As a result,proposed measures are proposed.
