| 摘 要： | 轻资产运营模式的出现较晚。对轻资产运营模式的研究,大多与财务绩效、财务风险结合。与企业战略结合的研究,有待进一步尝试。本文以家电行业知名品牌海尔智家为例,将轻资产运营模式与财务战略相结合,对财务战略进行分析,并对实施的效果进行评价,以此为其他企业提供经验借鉴。

| Abstract: | The emergence of the asset-light operation model was relatively late.Most of the research on asset-light operation models are combined with financial performance and financial risks.The study of combining with corporate strategy needs to be further tried.This article takes Haier Zhijia,a well-known brand in the home appliance industry,as an example.It combines an asset-light operation model with a financial strategy,analyzes the financial strategy,and evaluates the effect of implementation to provide experience for other companies. |
