| 摘 要： | 为了规范证券市场，维护投资者的合法权益，我国立法机关加强了对内幕交易犯罪行为的惩处，理论界对内幕信息、犯罪主体的界定等一些具体问题有较大争议，本文对这类问题在一定程度上进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to keep the healthy development of stock market and protect the legal rights for the investors,we should reinforce the punishment to the inside trade.During the modification of criminal law in 1997,it's the first time for our legislative body to use criminal legislation to regulate inside trade to be a crime.There's great controversy on some specific problems to decide the inside information and chief criminal.The article probes into these problems to some extent. |
