我国石油贸易现状和对策研究

文章简述了中国石油对外贸易的发展 ;对中国石油对外贸易的方式、结构及其变化 ,以及中国原油进口来源等进行了分析 ;指出了中国石油贸易存在的主要问题。在此基础上提出中国石油对外贸易战略对策 :一是提高国内供给能力 ,适当控制国内需求 ;二是根据中国石油供需情况适度进口 ;三是建立以中东原油为主的多元进口原油格局。

Countermeasures for the Current Situation in the Petroleum Trade

The paper introduces the development patterns, structures, changes, and main problems relating to the international trade of petroleum and the import sources of crude oil. In response to this, the author argues for several strategic measures that can serve as a means for improving the international trade of Chinese petroleum. These measures include: enhancing domestic supply and the ability to control domestic demand; appropriately importing petroleum, based on the supply and demand situation; the setting up of a pluralistic import pattern, by keeping the crude oil, in the middle east of China, as the mainstay.
