| 摘 要： | 四川汶川地震造成了重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,如何应对严重自然灾害,如何进行灾后重建,是目前面临的紧迫问题.汶川地震灾后经济重建将是中国在市场经济条件下面临的第一次大规模的重建,是长时期、持久的艰巨任务.文章深入研判地震灾害时中国经济的影响,探讨在政府主导下,与市场机制相结合,统筹安排,科学决策,有序展开时灾后经济恢复和重建的对策建议.
