| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会，建设服务型政府，必须满足人民群众日益增长的公共服务需求。本文从公共财政视角分析了我国公共服务供给现状与问题，认为我国公共服务供给存在财政保障机制不够、地区差异性较大、政府问公共服务事权划分不清等问题，并从政府职能回归、财政支出结构转型、转移支付制度改革等角度提出了保障基本公共服务供给的政策建议。
