市场经济与国家干预

在改革深入发展的今天，有必要着重地强调国家干预（主要是宏观调控）的必要性并积极探索宏观调控的有效途径。国家干预是市场经济的有机组成部分，它同市场调节是相互补充、缺一不可的。除了西方国家实行市场经济的实践和理论可供我们借鉴外，还必须从中国国情出发去认识国家干预的意义。我们应当既摒弃对国家干预的排斥，又明确反对将市场经济所要求的国家干预与传统高度集权的计划经济体制下的国家经济职能混为一谈。

Market Economy and Government's Control

Abstract When the reform is going forward further, it is important to emphasize the necessity of a government's macro control and explore the effective methods of macro control. A government's control is an organic part of market economy. A government's macro control and market adjustment supplement each other and one part cannot work without the other part.We should give tip the idea of excluding a government's control and distinquish a government's control needed by market economy from a government's function in highly-centralized planned economic system.
