Onthe Status of the State Ownership in Market Economy

Abstract The paper emphasizes the importance of understanding the status and roles of state ownership. It has the idea that state ownership should play its role in the areas where market dosen't work. The proportion of state ownership in the economy should be reduced. The reform of state owneership should be that the bailding Pro Jec is must be lessened and the structure must be perfected. We should divide the property between central and local governments and make a good use of competition and other tools in market economy.
