| Abstract: | In recent years,the development thinking of agriculture about "e xploiting harmless foodstuff and walking special way"was presented,which depend ing on the advantage of environment and resource in Heilongjiang province,it ha s gained better result,and yet problems are appeared.This article analyzes the cause of the problems existing and discusses on some proper countermeasures. |
