国外汽车共享服务的理论与实践

汽车共享服务是介于私家车和公共交通之间的交通创新方式,它有利于减少交通流量,减少大气污染,提高交通时效,因此已在瑞士、德国、美国、加拿大、新加坡、日本等国家悄然兴起.我国人多地少,人均能源贫乏,应该研究和逐步推广汽车共享服务,使之成为现有公共交通工具的补充形式.

Theories and practices of Car Sharing in foreign countries

Car Sharing is an innovative approach between public transportation and private car ownership.It is good for reduction of traffic volume and air pollution and the improvement of transport efficiency.Therefore,Car Sharing has been steadily growing countries such as Switzerland,the USA,Canada,Singapore,Japan,etc.China has the largest population in the world with limited land,resulting in low average resources per capita.We should look into Car Sharing and promote it gradually so that it becomes a supplementary means of transportation.
