| 摘 要： | 以价值链为载体的现金流管理可以为企业提供更加全面的现金流管理信息。价值链包括内部价值链和外部价值链,以往企业大多重视内部价值链现金流管理,但外部价值链同样会对企来现金流产生影响。因此,应该加强企业外部价值链现金流风险管理研究。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes cash flow management in enterprise external value chain and introduces M model and parameter estimate with EWMA method.With a quantitative analysis of the cash flow risk in material price fluctuation of enterprises,it verifies the efficiency of this approach by means of a specific case study. |
