目前,我国企业仍处于跨国经营的初级阶段,参与国际分工的水平还比较低.我国企业国际化进程,提高企业参与国际分工的能力.企业自身要构建核心竞争力,选好联盟形式,应从建立跨国战略联盟入手,加快制定好跨文化管理战略,加强对联盟的监管;政府部门要为此创造宽松务件,并大力推进企业实施跨国联盟战略.
