| 摘 要： | 传统科学社会主义理论一直将慈善事业作为统治阶级缓和阶级矛盾的工具而大肆批判。小平同志则突破传统科学社会主义一些观点和观念的束缚，创造性地提出了社会主义慈善事业发展的问题，并将慈善事业的发展与我国社会主义初级阶段、市场经济建设、社会主义本质等重大理论和实践问题紧密结合起来。从实践角度看，小平同志的社会主义慈善事业发展理论包含财富约束原则、慈善自愿原则、引导“先富”原则、教育优先发展原则、和谐原则等，该理论的丰富内涵对于当前我国慈善事业的发展发挥着重要的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Deng- Xiaoping had broken through some traditional opinions and ideals, and firstly brought through charity development of socialism characteristic, along with primary phase of socialism, construction of market economy, essence of socialism, etc. Seeing from the reality, Deng - Xiaoping＇ s socialism charity development theory comprises fortune restriction principle, charity free principle, leading earlier rich principle, education first develop- ment principle, and harmonious principle. This theory can play an importantred in instructing actions to currently charity development. |
