| 摘 要： | 信用证欺诈具有多发性、隐蔽性和高智商性等诸多特点，在国际贸易中十分常见。在我国正式融入WTO后，外贸体制将彻底转为自营进出口登记制度，国际贸易将更为活跃，预防信用证欺诈的紧迫性也日益凸显。

| Abstract: | The L/C fraud, an act characterized by high covert intelligence, occurs frequently in international business and the precaution against the case becomes urgent when China's foreign trade system is gradually alternated from the controlled type to the registration one. The paper makes a probe into the trickery and cause of success of the L/C fraud cases and discusses the workable precautions against them. |
