6-BA和NAA组合对万寿菊茎段离体增殖影响的研究

摘    要:本试验以万寿菊为材料,通过比较次氯酸钠不同消毒时间对外植体消毒效果影响,及6-BA与NAA配比对万寿菊增殖影响。试验结果表明:万寿菊茎段做为外植体用2%次氯酸钠处理15min效果最佳;最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂6.5g/L。

Studies on combination of 6-BA and NAA on the in vitro stalk proliferation of Tagetes erecta

Abstract:In this experiment, the stalks were as materials to study the effects of different disinfection time of sodium hypochlorite on in vitro plants, and different hormone combination and concentration on the proliferation of Tagetes erecta. The results showed that the optium disinfection time of sodium hypochlorite on in vitro stalks of Tagetes erecta was 15 min. The best medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L+Sucrose30g/L+Agar6.5g/L.
