太平湖流域水土资源状况及管理对策

水土资源是流域生态环境的重要组成部分,也是实现太平湖湖泊及流域生态系统健康目标的关键环节。通过实地调查发现,太平湖流域水土资源存在的主要问题有:水土流失问题严重、农业面源污染较重、土地利用不合理对生态环境影响大。文章针对相应问题,提出了生态环境管理策略:首先,根据地形条件,发展立体农业,促进水土保持工作;其次,做好农业面源污染的防控工作;第三,健全政策法规,强化管理;第四,采用经济调控措施。研究结果可为实现流域生态环境安全,提供基础资料和建设性意见。

Status of soil and water resources in Taiping Lake Basin and its management countermeasures

Soil and water resources are an important part of the ecological environment of the basin,and also a key link to achieve the health goals of Taiping Lake lakes and watershed ecosystems.Through field investigations,it is found that the main problems of water and soil resources in the Taiping Lake Basin are:serious soil erosion problems,heavy agricultural non-point source pollution,and unreasonable land use impact on the ecological environment.The article puts forward the ecological environment management strategy for the corresponding problems:firstly,according to the topographic conditions,develop three-dimensional agriculture and promote soil and water conservation work;secondly,do a good job in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution;third,improve policies and regulations,strengthen management;Fourth,adopt economic regulation measures.The research results can provide basic information and constructive opinions for realizing the ecological environment security of the Taiping Lake Basin.
