美国金融危机后我国金融改革开放策略——兼论上海国际金融中心建设

美国金融危机暴露出金融运行中的种种缺陷，这应该引起我们的高度警惕。我国的经济金融运行环境与美国存在巨大差异，我国既定的改革开放策略不应改变。在推进上海国际金融中心建设过程中，仍然要立足于实体经济，加快产业结构转型，坚定不移继续引进外资，实行金融产业结构的多元化策略，鼓励金融产品创新等。

China's Financial Reform & Opening-up Strategy for Post-American Financial Crisis——Also Construction of Shanghai International Financial Center

The American financial crisis exposed all kinds of defects for the financial operation, which should arouse our high degree of vigilance. Great differences exist in economic and financial operation environment between China and the United States, we can not simply follow the American logic, China＇s reform ＆ opening-up strategy should not be changed. In promoting the construction of Shanghai international financial center, we should base on the real economy, accelerate the transforming of industry structure, persist in attraction of foreign investments, implement diversification strategy of financial industrial structure, encouraging financial product innovation, etc.
