马克思的储备理论及其现实意义

本文认为,及时制度(Just-in-Time)的出现不仅没有否定储备,反而进一步凸显了储备的价值,强化了马克思储备理论的重大现实意义。本文从储备产生的原因、储备的类型、储备的数量和储备的费用等四个方面对马克思的储备理论进行了综合与归纳。文章提出,马克思的储备理论蕴含着深刻的现代集成物流思想。马克思的储备理论是建立在商品流通、货币流通和资本流通三种流通相互依赖、相互转化的统一基础之上的集成储备理论,这恰好是现代集成物流的核心,因此马克思的储备理论是现代集成物流的基础理论。同时还提出马克思的储备理论对指导宏观物流同样具有重要的现实意义,因为国家作为储备的总集成商,以储备为手段,发挥国家储备的调控功能和后备功能,能够有效抑制经济波动、无政府状态的发生。

The author believes that the emerging of Just-in-time does not repudiate reservation,but emphasizes the value of reservation and the great practical significance of Marxian theory of reservation.The author makes generlization on Marxian theory of reservation from such four aspects as sources,type,quantity and cost of reservation.The author also puts forward that the modern thought of integrated logistics is also included in Marxian theory of reservation.So,Marxian theory of reservation is the theoretical basis of Modern integreted logistics.The Marxian theory of reservation is also of great practical significance to guiding macro-logistics.
