摘    要:教师是教育质量之本,师资是高等教育的基本资源。提高教师的教学和科研水平,最大化地开发现有教师资源,成为高校人事制度改革的重要内容。在此背景下,已在企业界逐步推广、应用的"绩效管理"思想与方法,被引入到高校如何实施有效的教师管理研究中。教师岗位聘任制,以及教师职称聘任上以绩效为依据的评价机制,体现了绩效管理在高校教师绩效管理上的初步探索。

Abstract:The teachers is the basis of the quality of education, qualified teachers are higher education's basic resources. Improving teachers teaching and research to maximize the development of teacher resources available has become a major university personnel system reform content. In this context, it has been gradually extended in the business world, the application of "performance management" ideas and methods are introduced into the college teacher's effective management research. Job Employment, and the title of the appointment of teachers based on a performance evaluation mechanism, reflects the preliminary exploration on performance management performance management of teachers in colleges and universities.
