我国的固体矿产勘查项目融资方式探讨

固体矿产勘查是矿业发展的前期阶段,具有诸多的不确定因素,造成其融资较为困难。目前,国内固体矿产勘查融资主要依赖财政融资方式,而国外在固体矿产勘查市场化融资方面具有丰富的经验,具有多样化的融资方式,值得我国借鉴。通过研究国外矿产勘查融资体制、融资模式,对比我国矿产勘查融资现状,指出了现阶段我国在融资方面存在的问题,在国内矿业融资体制背景下,进一步提出了公开上市融资、矿产勘查合作融资、引进外资三类适合我国的固体矿产勘查融资方式。

Financing Methods for Solid Mineral Exploration Projects in China

Solid mineral exploration is the early stage of the development of mining industry ,which has many uncertain factors ,so it is difficult for this stage to finance .At present ,the funds needed for mineral exploration mainly depend on the financial financing in China .And the financing of solid mineral exploration has rich experience by the market in the foreign countries ,with a variety of financing methods ,it is worthy for China to refer to .Through the research of overseas mineral exploration financing situation ,and comparing the characteristics of mineral exploration financing in China ,we pointed out the financing problems of mining in China ,further proposed three categories of solid mineral exploration financing for our country ,including IPO financing ,Co‐financing for mineral exploration ,Introduction of foreign capital .
