| 摘 要： | 对蔓越莓瓶外生根技术及移栽基质进行了研究,试验数据的方差分析结果表明:激素种类和激素浓度对生根率的影响均达到了极显著水平,采用生根粉1000mg/L处理的效果最佳,生根率可达90.0%,四种基质间的差异达到了极显著水平,以珍珠岩:草炭土=1:1效果最好。

| Abstract: | Research on the exvitro rooting and transplant matrix of cranberry, after the variance analysis of test data, the results showed that: the rooting rate of the effect of hormone type and hormone concentration have reached significant difference level, the best result is the rooting powder 1000mg/L, the rooting rate reached 90%, the differences between the four substrates have reached significant difference level, the best effect is perlite: peat=1:1. |
