| Abstract: | The information sharing effect and the knowledge spillover effect are two principle characteristic effects of the science and technology talent accumulation.Based on the specific analysis of interaction between them,this article further studies their relationships,aims at taking effective measure to promote the comprehensive economic effect caused by the accumulation of science and technology talent. |
