家庭联产承包责任制下我国工业化与粮食安全的两难

改革开放以来,我国的经济发展存在明显的二元经济结构转化过程.根据由刘易斯提出,经过费景汉、拉尼斯等人进一步发展完善而成的二元经济结构转化的经典理论模型,在一个国家工业化过程之中,如果农业劳动生产率没有相应提高,就可能出现一个农产品的短缺时期,而农产品的短缺极有可能导致粮食危机.由于我国实行的家庭联产承包责任制阻碍了农业劳动生产率的提高,所以我国的二元经济结构转化过程中理论上存在工业化与粮食安全的两难,乡镇企业工业化道路使我国在一段时间内避免了这一问题,但后乡镇企业工业化时代的到来使这一两难困境最终呈现,如何解决这一两难困境是当前我国经济发展中值得高度重视的问题.
