加快转变河南工业经济发展方式问题研究

"十一五"时期,河南始终把转变经济发展方式作为着力点,保持了较好的发展态势。但是,在转变工业经济发展方式中,产业结构不合理、区域产业同构、高端要素积累缓慢、生产性服务业发展滞后及发展观念路径依赖尚未打破等问题依旧存在。"十二五"期间,为加快河南工业发展方式转变,必须加快产业结构升级、加强自主创新、加快产业集聚区建设、优化产业组织结构及推进"两化融合"。

A Study on Accelerating the Transformation of Henan Industrial Economy Development Mode

Henan kept good developing situation because it set a high value of changing the economic develop mode during the National Eleventh Five-year Plan.However,such problems still exist during the changing development way of industrial economy,such as the unreasonable industrial structure,the similar regional industry,the slow accumulation of high elements,the lagged development of productive services,and the path dependence of development ideas.In order to accelerate the change of industrial development way in Henan during the National Twelfth Five year Plan,we must accelerate the upgrade of industrial structure,highlight independent innovation,quicken the construction of industrial cluster region,optimize the industrial organized structure,and drive forward the blending of informatization and industrialization.
