完善的信用制度是市场经济健康发展所必不可少的因素，本文在分析山西商人信用制度变迁的基础上，通过对晋商制度建设中的信誉博弈分析，探讨了晋商信用制度变迁的诱因、均衡及其变迁方式。在对晋商信用制度变迁的历史分析中，我们发现信誉、特别是重复守信博弈在维护一个经济体信用制度的均衡方面具有十分重要的作用。
