| 摘 要： | 成人学习的基本特征决定了成人教育必须有别于普通高等教育，尤其在培养目标、任务、方法、手段等方面要进行改革、创新．变被动学习为自我导向学习，并建立学习共同体．教师的教学策略要符合成人特点，在教学活动中，教师要实现从教育者向组织者的角色转换．
