| 摘 要： | 司法公正是法治建设的核心问题之一,受到人们广泛关注。学术界探讨了司法公正的概念,分析当前影响司法公正建设的制度、法官、观念等因素,指出应从加强制度建设,提高法官素质和发挥媒体的作用等方面来进一步推动司法公正。

| Abstract: | The justice of judicature is one of the key issues for the legislative construction and is widely paid more attention.The academic circles discussed the concept of justice of judicature,analyzed such factors as systems,judgers and thought presently giving influence to the construction of justice of judicature,and pointed out that it is necessary to promote the justice of judicature by way of strengthening the system construction,improving the qualities of judgers and bringing the media into play. |
