青岛市城市竞争力的多层次评估及提升对策

城市竞争力分析离不开特定的区域背景,但是区域选择不能仅局限于城市腹地,应根据需要在不同层次的区域进行综合评价;依据地理学区域的思想,结合研究对象的行政地位和区位特点,从全国、东南沿海和山东省3种区域层次评价了青岛市的城市竞争力;指出目前由于城市规模小、经济总量小、基础设施不完善等局限,青岛市只能作为山东省内的核心城市;青岛市在外向型经济、港口经济、海洋经济、旅游经济等方面的优势,使青岛具有成长为更大地域范围核心城市的潜在竞争力;提出提升青岛市城市竞争力的对策。

Urban competitiveness evaluation and promotion strategies of Qingdao City

Based on the regional perspective of geography,This article studies the urban competitiveness and analyses the strength and weakness of Qingdao in three dimensional: in China?in Southeast seaboard?in Shandong province.According to the research,city size?urban infrastructure ?urban comprehension competitiveness of Qingdao is low,this determines it is only the core city of Shandong province.But Qingdao has predominance at tourism?seaport?export-oriented economy,this indicates it can become the core city of larger region.In the end,the article puts forward effective measures to promote the urban competitiveness.
