| 摘 要： | 随着社会分工和交换的深度发展，以及经济全球化和信息传播手段的高级化，R＆D产业组织形态越来越表现出地理分布格局的轮辐式、微观构成的多元化、产业关联的依附性集聚等特点；由于世界各国在资源禀赋、发展阶段等方面的不同，又使得各个国家的R＆D组织形态在系统构成和价值取向等方面存在差异。
