| Abstract: | To the whole Jiangsu province,even to the east coastal areas of China,it plays a strategic role to promote the coastal exploitation to make the coastal area a new "rising-pole".Based on the Economy-Rising-Pole Theory,we should promote the exploitation of Jiangsu coastal resources,and put full efforts into making a new "rising-pole". |
