| Abstract: | This treatise approaches the subject on how to establish a strict commerciat secret protection system,which is what our Chinese enterprises are eager to solve. This important research brings to light the direct and indirect means of stealing commercial secrets from enterprises at present, makes a suggestion that Chinese enterprises should establish a set of perfect,strict commercial secret protection system, and tell us how to protect our commercial secret from illegal encroachments. This important research also puts forward some suggestions on how to use legal measures to protect their rights. From three aspects, This paper introduces some relevent knowledge about commercial secret and tells us how to take efficient measures to protect commercial secret, aimed at aU kinds of the leakages of commercial secrets in the new situation. |
